Gingerbread and molasses cookies are a classic Christmas treat for many. Since 2016, we've added gingerbread spices to our dark caramel recipe and topped the coated popcorn with white chocolate and cinnamon candies to mimic the cookie design. It's been a perennial favorite since then.
