Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1-2 days—most within a few hours.  Our shop is closed on Sundays and Mondays, so orders placed on these days will receive our attention on Tuesday.  You’ll receive a notification when your order has shipped.    

Free local pickup--curbside or in store (no minimum order)  Skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 148 N. Main Street, downtown West Bend.  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 days—usually within hours.  We’ll send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.  

Our in-store pickup hours are 11-6 Tuesday through Friday and 10-4 Saturday.  Please wait for a notification that your order is ready for pickup before arriving!  Can’t find a parking spot?  Just find a parking space nearby and call 262-429-1070.  We’ll deliver it to your vehicle!

Flat rate $9.99 shipping on any size order placed online is also available.  We ship via USPS which includes Saturday delivery or UPS Ground.  When your order has shipped, you’ll receive a notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
