We start with made-from-scratch waffle cone pieces tucked into trays of fresh caramel corn mixed with creamy white chocolate popcorn, then drizzle it with melted milk chocolate.  A sprinkling of crushed peanuts on top finishes it off and you have a popcorn treat reminiscent of the old fashioned Drumstick® ice cream cone!
